3. About The People Of KATA

The staff of KATAVINA consists of highly skilled professionals in their field, most of whom are graduates from leading national and international colleges such as Ha Noi Foreign Trade University, Ha Noi National University, National Economics University, and so on.

4. About Factory

KATA’s production facilities are located in the province of Hung Yen, in the industrial zone of Pho Noi A which is about 26 km away from the Hanoi city center.

With a total area of more than 6,000 m2, they include a covered production zone, a yard that stores all finished products, offices, a cafeteria, parking spaces, and storage space for materials and accessories, which are then arranged into separate main production areas to ensure full utility.

The facilities have a production capacity of up to 1 million tons of products/year. The factory applies advanced science and technology to the production process, utilizing cutting-edge automatic and semi-automatic machinery and a team of highly qualified technicians.

The production and quality control equipment is imported from prestigious countries around the world such as Germany, Japan, Korea and Taiwan, ensuring that our products are manufactured with the best quality.

The production process is strictly controlled in the following stages: the import and preparation of raw materials, the manufacturing of the products, the laminating, pressing, cleaning and rolling of the finished products, and finally the inspection of quality.

5. Materials And Products

We always focus on researching and selecting the best raw materials from reputable suppliers in the world in creating high quality PVC materials that meet SGS standards. Our PVC has no traces of CFC and HCFC gases, which are harmful to the atmosphere and the health of consumers. Car mats made by KATA are durable for up to 10 years.

PVC materials are produced under strict supervision. KATA Carpets are laminated in large format sheets in order to meet the diverse needs of manufacturers.
